# Contact and support — ASO Analytics

## Contact ASO Guide

Open the [contact section](https://www.aso.guide/support/#email-contact) and use “Write an email” or the “email” link for questions, feature requests or help with ASO Analytics. Contact links require JavaScript and open the visitor's email app. The visitor reviews and sends the message; the website does not submit it.

## Bug reports

Include the device, operating system, app version, expected behavior and what actually happened. Leave API keys, private credentials and sensitive sales data out of the message.

ASO Analytics is available on the [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/aso-analytics-rank-tracker/id6808893994). Try its sample-data mode before connecting your account. The website also offers an [interactive sample preview](https://www.aso.guide/#demo) with fictional data.
