Terms of Use

Terms for using ASO Analytics and aso.guide, including Free and Indie plans, subscriptions, and your rights.

Last updated: September 22, 2026.

About these terms

These terms describe use of ASO Analytics and aso.guide, provided by the developer identified on the app’s App Store listing (“Developer”, “we”, or “us”), under the ASO Guide brand. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using them. These terms do not limit rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

App license and permitted use

Your App Store download is governed by the license agreement provided with that download. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies where no custom EULA is supplied through the App Store. These terms supplement that license with product and subscription information; they do not replace Apple’s purchase rules or any mandatory consumer protections.

Use the app only with accounts and data you are authorized to access. Do not use the app or website unlawfully, interfere with services, or bypass access controls. Any restrictions on copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering remain subject to applicable law and the licenses of open-source components.

Your App Store Connect account

You are responsible for your API key, account permissions, and compliance with your agreements with Apple. The app is designed for a Sales and Reports key. Some analytics reports require a one-time request setup with Admin access; reports may take time to become available. Keep your private key secure and revoke it in App Store Connect if you no longer want the app to access the account.

Free and Indie plans

The Free plan includes keyword tracking for up to 2 apps, 2 storefronts per app, and 10 keywords per storefront. In version 1.2.0 and later, an optional Indie subscription expands these limits to 5 apps, 5 storefronts per app, and 25 keywords per storefront. Sales analytics, subscription reports, country analysis, and localization audits are available in both plans without app-imposed app-count limits.

An Indie subscription buys expanded tracking capacity, not a guaranteed ranking, business result, or completed daily refresh. The offer and availability shown in the app at purchase apply.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Indie is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription through Apple’s App Store. The price, billing period, and any eligible trial or introductory offer are shown before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends.

Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings, or use the management option in the app. Deleting the app or disconnecting your App Store Connect key does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; access continues until the paid period expires, subject to Apple’s terms. If a trial is offered, its eligibility and cancellation terms are shown at checkout.

Use Restore Purchases in the app to recover an eligible purchase with the Apple Account used to buy it. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law. We cannot guarantee that Apple will approve a refund. After paid access ends, Free-plan limits apply; your subscription does not entitle you to keep adding items beyond those limits.

Your data and privacy

Your reports, tracked keywords, and notes remain yours. We claim no ownership over them. Data storage, API-key protection, billing processing through RevenueCat, website hosting, and support correspondence are explained in our Privacy Policy. Keep separate copies of information you cannot afford to lose; the app is not a backup service.

Figures, estimates, and availability

Reports depend on what Apple makes available and may be delayed, incomplete, or revised. Keyword ranks reflect the results returned for a particular query, storefront, and check time; they may differ from results seen on another device. Popularity and difficulty are estimates, not official Apple search-volume figures.

Refreshes depend on network access, service availability, rate limits, and the time your device allows the app to run. Apple, RevenueCat, or other providers may change their services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a specific refresh frequency, historical coverage, or improved downloads or revenue. The app and website provide information, not individualized financial, legal, or business advice.

Updates and changes

We may update the app, website, and these terms to reflect product changes, security needs, or legal requirements. The revision date appears on this page. Subscription changes remain subject to Apple’s notification and consent rules and applicable law; these terms do not authorize retroactive removal of your statutory rights or paid entitlement.

Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided as available, without a promise that every report or estimate is complete or error-free. Warranty, liability, and termination provisions for the downloaded app are governed by its applicable license agreement. Nothing on this page excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. You retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in the courts available to you under applicable law.
